Scenario: In the year 1947, Padre Ricardo (Neil Ryan Sese) investigates the marketplace where other people are miraculously healed by Anghela Sta. Ana (Rhed Bustamante) who is assisted by Sister Cecilia (Phoebe Walker). Padre Ricardo asks Anghela about her job until another villager suffers from an ailment which Anghela heals. Padre Ricardo becomes suspicious about Anghela's powers; every time she successfully heals someone, black liquid drips from her mouth.
