Make sure to verify you account through your email. Once you are registered and verified look for "view ads" link from the PTC site and start clicking.
Normally, when you click the ad it takes around 10-20 secs to click another ad again.
The secret of this is to refer someone and do the same. More referral means faster earning.
And if you can not find referral you can simply rent/buy referral.
